Happy Easter

Hope everyone is enjoying the first day of the long weekend.

I’m not particularly religious but I do observe the fish on Good Friday tradition. That is, no meat!

So here’s today’s brunch of simple Bill Granger-style scrambled eggs with Tassie smoked salmon and grilled mushroom and tomatoes.

Turkish flat bread from Augusta Bakery. Deliciously fresh via River Fresh IGA where I always try to shop for the staples when down this way.

And about to brew up a cup of tea to accompany the Portuguese tarts pictured at the start of this post from Brew Shack in Margaret River.
